LOT 36: Ruby Sky The Chessman

"Cheddar" is a registered Gypsy Vanner gelding.  He's got that great palomino color, stands just under 14 hands and is stout.  He is a 6 year old.  We have owned him since he was a yearling and we really think he is outstanding! If you are looking to stand out in the crowd Cheddar will help you do that. He's an all around trail horse.  He's been used in steep country, crosses water, logs, bridges, ect.  He is good with dogs, cats, bikes, 4 wheelers, heavy equipment - you name it.  He's comfortable around it.  He's been packed on and has led packstrings up and down the trails.  He's had a lot of mountain miles.  He's also been used on the ranch heading and healing calves in the branding pen, run down calves in the brush to tag them, been used to wrangle horses and has ponied colts.  He's good to shoe, clip and bathe.  Can be in a box stall, pen or out in the herd.  He loads, clips and hauls with no issues.  He is one of the most broke gypsies you will ever find.  He rides around one handed in the bridle or with a string around his neck.  He will sit or lay down on command.  He has a smooth low headed lope and a nice long trot.
