DESCRIPTION:

Rooster is a great horse! He is 7 years old. He is curious and he loves people. He will walk up to you in the pen when you go to catch him. He's willing to try new things and he learns quickly. Rooster is soft in the bridle, and moves off your legs. Rooster has spent time as a pack horse. You can tie him to a tree all night, hobble him to graze, and he knows how to drink water from streams. His athleticism is very useful when riding the rough country. He will lead pack horses as well. He has spent a lot of time on the trails in the high Uintah mountains. Rooster goes through water and over dead fall and logs in the trail. He will take you over high rocky passes in all sorts of weather. He doesn't mind if you put on your rain slicker to protect you from the weather. Rooster also has experience roping and herding cows, and likes cows and is good around ropes. Rooster has a good neck rein and stop on him. He is easy to trim and shoe. He is a fun horse to ride.
